With effect from 1 January 2007, Distica hf., will commence its operations when Vistor hf., is split into two companies.
From that time onwards the activities of the two companies will be as follows:

• Vistor hf., handles sales and marketing as well as regulatory affairs
• Distica hf., is the import and distribution company and handles all logistics, receipt of orders and distribution of products to customers on behalf of Vistor and other clients.

As of 2 January 2007, Distica hf., will handle the entire distribution activities for Actavis hf. All orders for Actavis products, with effect from that time, will be directed to Distica.
